Hart House: Warmup on the treadmill for maximal self-loathing.

Biking 23:00 [3] 10.0 km (26.1 kph)

Stationary biking for social reasons. It ended prematurely when I accidentally pushed the irrevocable "cooldown" button.

Erg 22:30 [1] 5.0 km (4:30 / km)

Fun times on the erg; ~24 spm, 2:15 pace. I threw in a few power 10s for nostalgia.

Running 10:00 [1] 2.0 km (5:00 / km)

Strides on the track; 5x140m and a few easy laps. I have a 10 km road race coming up on Sunday; I expect to be disappointed given my weak fitness. I would be content (given crap fitness) with sub-40, but I think 41 or 42 is more realistic. Le sigh. It will set a good baseline, and Smirnov and I are already talking about a fall race - perhaps a half. I am toying with the idea of training for a marathon for 2019 as a motivational goal.
