So little side note: I’ve been having a skin irritation for a while but with no visible symptoms until Friday, when I woke up with a rash all over my arms legs and torso, and then later having irritation on my face and neck. Went to health services, they gave me Zyrtec which didn’t work. Was seeing more on my face Saturday with a little puffyness so I tried Benadryl. Didn’t work either. Sunday my face was really puffy and the rash all over my body still hadn’t gone away so I went to a walk in clinic. They tested me for strep through because sometimes a reaction can be bumps on the body. That was negative and they also gave me prednisone, a steroid for the adrenal glands to take care of the rash. Started that today but still been very itchy. I have to take that for 2 weeks.
Sweating while running was really irritating my skin.
