More terrain trundling, in the mizzle. V nice, although the wee trod along the back of the houses that I hoped would run all the way to Kellie Wynd petered out and left me with a sloppery bog trot; scratch that route. My knee was mostly ok at this slow pace and on soft terrain, but I stopped at 40 and walked, rather than pounded, back down the hill, trying not to push my luck.

Jumped on the bike for a pre-work spin, and made a last minute decision to join a group ride on the last stage of the tour. Did my warming up in the first 5km! I felt pretty good and managed to stay in a smallish pack for the whole stage, barring the last grind up the volcano to finish, when it was every (wo)man for her/himself. Great way to start the WFH day.

Had a message to do in Beccy's office, so I turned it into an opportunity for a wee jog. Forgot how hard it is to get out of Kippendavie House with its big deer fence! Legs a bit tired and knee pretty unhappy but that's life. Nice to get fresh air - looking enviously across at the sunshine on Gargunnock.

Stage 4 - Shorter Ride - Tour of Watopia 2020. Didn't have the time - or the legs! - for the longer stage today. 3 laps of the Jungle circuit was plenty.
