2x Flat Route, legs livelier today. Just before dinner, and mostly to mobilise my back, which was aching after a day mostly sitting at my desk. Better pace than recently, felt decent - a PB by 16s on lap 1 (15:08) and a 4th fastest (15:37) on lap 2, happy with that. TRIMP 64.1, avg 236W
