From yesterdays long run but made me pause for thought:
'Is confidence over-rated? Well we can be confident or we could not be confident but can we accept how we are feeling today? We don't need to spend time thinking about how we build confidence: I need to get it from here, I need to get it from there et cetera. Can we just be brave instead? Can we accept that we are not feeling particularly great about what is coming up today and can we go and act anyway? If I'm being brutally honest, I think that confidence is over-rated and we just need to be courageous'
