Right foot really painful for around an hour but after that it eased off a bit. Think it is down to the spikes I have as it hurt on the warm down yesterday as well.

Northhampton XC. Felt pretty tired in the legs beforehand. Probably due to a solid patch of training. Started steady and felt good for the first lap. Then it hurt for the next three laps. Good course, had a good battle with some Loughborough guys and managed to get them in the sprint. 18th. 4th Loughborough.

My Garmin has also decided to stop saving runs again.

Consistently getting 1650 on each (~4.48mile). Didn't have to go to the depths of pain today which was quite nice for a track session.

Also, my GPS is way off tonight. Like that time I was running at 2.07 min/km pace along the back straight in the middle of a rep. Fairly certain that didn't happen. Think my watch might have given up and started making it all up lately.
