Left knee has been a bit sore at times since Wednesday. It seems to be a case of playing the "where do I have to stretch to make it better" game. Today it was left glute.

Went to meet someone for a run by the HiPac, they never showed so went for an explore and found outwoods which was lovely. For some reason the trace is on yesterdays session.

Yeah so I went a bit overboard on my long run, it was very fun though. Got the bus to Rhossili and ran back. Could have done without the last 10k as I was quite tired but actually still going ok at the end. Took a drink and some sweets.
Was planning on running but was tired from a day of mapping and when it came to it I didn't get out. Luckily I've given myself 10 press ups to do for the pointlessness of this story.
