Deliberately took it down a notch. A few times I started pushing and I had to deliberately slow it down a bit. I just don't want to aggravate anything. Stopped taking the ibuprofen and so far everything seems good.

A slightly different route than usual. The hike up a-hill near the end was tough. Haven't done any hill work in a while; will try to start doing that again.
Must not have had my watch on tight enough since the hr data is just flat.

Tough session. I can't think of anything in particular that was hard, I just know that I really struggled and occasionally lost form. I thought with taking some time off I would have been in great form for today. Oh well.

And around the neighborhood. The cold weather is nice - I can wear a buff and not get too hot and have a built in mask.

Up in the Poconos to see another house so decided to go early and walk along the D&L trail. I had hoped to get all the way to Sandy Run to see it from that vantage, but I futzed around before starting since it was snowing/raining and then ran out of time before I made it quite there. Next time!
Really liked the house, but not at the listed price. Debating whether to go through the effort of putting in a low-ball offer. They converted the garage into a den and I would want to convert it back to a garage so I'd have a big expense right up front.

Despite the glute pain not really going away I decided to take a short hike. I also started taking ibuprofen. I am so reluctant to take medications since I tend to have bad side effects, but maybe this will help.
