Kelly workout. I surprised myself and was able to do 40 pushups - in 4 sets of 10 with 3 other exercises inbetween so good bit of rest. I've only ever done 30 in a session in the last year so when she said we were doing 4 sets of this group I was skeptical that I'd get through the last set but I did.
