Gardening all morning. Left calf not happy so took the opportunity to cycle to the afternoon/evening Bar-B-Que in Dunning.
Lovely ride, taking things easy.

Left calf solid and stressing. Reduced to heel-toe jog.
Will beg for a major rub tonight.

Exercise Fail - Took my MTB with the kids' to Beechwood Park but failed to remember I'd let the tyres down to attach them to roofrack system better for Swiss-UK return journey.
Sat and ate crisps instead.

First FVO Sprint Serious Race - Riverside, Stirling.
No warm-up, not ready to plan ahead from start, stopped for a pee in bushes after 6, calf tightening in latter third so eased up.

Lessons - warm up properly, pee, do some speed work.
Oh, and warm down..... Didn't.

Down to the Tay, slightly overgrown, and back. Became quite progressive until left calf tightened. Being cautious. More stretching.
