Junior ParkRun at Kings Park - pacing Matthew to a smashing new PB of 10:35 (Hannah new PB also - 11:06).
Then a lap of KP with the Mrs. Rare occasion!

Followed by hours and hours of garden labouring.

Newton PS Running Club.
Usual glute/core recruitment stuff then jog down and back to Holehill for variety of terrain intervals and then the great big fun relay - a very short circuit involving a steep hill climb. The kids get high on this - really cool to see :-)

Hill reps with Jon X and Lewis. Not feeling 100% all day and that reflected in my efforts. I tried, it hurt. Caught out by Jon's subtle add on of a fifth rep. Job done but might need an easy tomorrow. Kind of glad there's a clash with J9 orchestra and I can't run Dumyat......on you go Lewis!

With kids, wandering down to Grantown beach and back.

Jog from Peak to Cambuskenneth and back whilst kids had swimming lessons. Hard paths and hot sun =unpleasant, but needs must. M now passed all his levels !
