Mtb ride in Anagach to a secluded spot for wild stove made hot chocolate drinks and marshmallows - yum! Afternoon at Nethy Bridge Spring show - obstacle course and flat green bowls mainly, and cake :-)

Dunblane West event. M went first on yellow then H and I went after. This time she was real keen to see map, set map and work out route. The running bit was full on ! :-) Lovely to see and well pleased for M's clean run too.

2 x Dumyat from the shoulder.
Because it was in the plan. I was close to crying on this. So, so, so tired.
Job done.

Newton PS Running Club.
The usual warm up, core/glutes work then some parlauff round the football pitches followed by some orienteering map work and cones map rotation head-to-heads. In anticipation of some of them coming to the local event on Saturday afternoon.

Just me and Hazel tonight. We missed you Bradski! :-(

FVO WEE on Dumyat planned by Gary. Blustery but sunny evening, good course over tussocks and bog and heather - good LAMM training apparently, shame my head was in the clouds and I took some poor routes and navigated one leg ahead of myself at one point. Oh well, good training.

The input/output plan is working on my weight...

Hill reps on the Hermitage. Jon X in self-preservation mode after the half on Sunday - respect to him for doing intervals two days later!
I had no excuse. But I mumbled some poor excuse about gardening yesterday.... Get away!
Long warm up and then into the 4 sets. I wasn't feeling spectacular but I worked hard and the times were not far off last week - despite slightly damper conditions and not having Jon right there with me.
Bloody good workout!

Lungs went haywire on last long rep and I panicked. Ground it out. Jon said I had to gain those lost 2 seconds on the short rep. What a coach.
