Long easy run with Kris roughly round the Lomonds of Fife HR route. Lots of gunk coughed up.

Dragon's Back Race.....

Long tough hot amazing week - I highly recommend it, either as an athlete or a volunteer.

Getting sick the day before wasn't great, and the lack of sleep and long hours made recovery tough, but I actually felt pretty good later in the week - such that I could do some 'running' at least.

Tough section scouting out a new route round some new OOB areas, hanging a CP and building 3 fence crossings. Out for quite a bit longer. Not feeling great tbh.
