Skipped the morning jog and the morning orienteering session today.

In good news, I seem to have run off my hip injury.
4 PM

Orienteering 36:00 intensity: (1:00 @2) + (8:00 @3) + (23:00 @4) + (4:00 @5) 6.9 km (5:13 / km)

'Camp champs'. Feeling pretty tired, but last high intensity session of the week. Ran really quite well considering how bushy and low vis it was (which was not reflected on the mostly white map). One 2 1/2 min error aside, it was just a couple of small wobbles.

Well behind TG, but only 1s behind Jan P, and well in front of all the others.

Orienteering 34:00 intensity: (13:00 @2) + (21:00 @3) 6.6 km (5:09 / km)

'Easy speed' night training - boys pushing a bit harder though as they are going home tomorrow. Just behind Aaro at the 2nd last, but took a maverick path route to the last and lost 45s or so. A better technical performance though.
