Orienteering intervals 41:00 intensity: (12:00 @3) + (25:00 @4) + (4:00 @5) 9.0 km (4:33 / km)

O-intervals. 6*1-1.5km.
Pretty good, was running almost as fast as Thierry, but the main difference was that I (and pretty much everybody else) got stuck in some green bits and he didn't.
Finished within a few seconds of lead on 4 intervals, and was time spent stuck in green behind on the other two.
