If I was in charge of having to put together a championship weekend of racing I'd seek out a long weekend and do it like this.
Friday: AM: Urban Relay; PM: Urban Time Trial (aka sprint)
Saturday: Forest Time Trial (aka middle)
Sunday: Forest Pursuit (aka long with chase start based on middle TT)
Monday: Team Ultra (teams of 3, 3 hours, with a matrix or two)
There is something calming thinking about orienteering in a time of incredible work-related stress. :-)
