Whee!! I may be a super-slowpoke running right now, but biking is still fun! Really great to get out there for a ride. Just did the Springwater bike trail in towards downtown, but it's a great stretch for not being interrupted much by needing to stop.

Super-slow and still hurt pelvic joints afterwards. Think I'm going to call it quite on running at least until I can find the hip support belt that must be hiding in my house somewhere!!
