Just a maintenance + sanity preserving joggeroo. It's a very eerie calm out in the neighborhood.

Learned today that Oregon has the fewest hospital beds per capita out of any US state. It's something you might thing is a Red/Blue divide, but it's absolutely not. More of a states with recent population outflux versus states with recent influx.

Running during 'virtual office hours' which are being run by Google Meet and 15 min appointment slots. So I kept checking my phone to see if anyone booked a spot. I figured I could slow down and hold a conversation while walking if I needed to...

So nice to do. Some exerises made less effective and some more by S's presence. Try to hold a side plank while a 2.5 year old is climbing over you front to back to front repeatedly!

So great to see others and reminded of the good ol' Amherst days with Alex...
