Hiking 1:20:09 [1] 4.28 mi (18:44 / mi)

Tom had class today, so took myself out for a hike (with poles) at Powell Butte. And this time you could see all the mountains from the viewpoint! The four big ones are St. Helens, Rainer, Hood and Jefferson.

Strength 25:00 [1]

Prenatal yoga again. Biked there today, which really was probably more of a workout, but more annoying to log since I didn't time or GPS it. But it's probably about time to stop biking.

Crosstrainer 23:00 [2]

Finally, got my turn on the super-elliptical! Did 3 of the Yosemite hikes.

Hiking 10:00 [2] 0.77 mi (12:59 / mi)

Treadmill hiking. 6% grade, 13:02 pace.

Crosstrainer 20:00 [1]

Someone else on the super-elliptical and the stair climber was out-of-order, so normal elliptical it was. Finished the Utah hikes now, onto Yosemite (again). Still, really nice to have these movies of trails playing as I elliptical, so much better than just staring into space.

Crosstrainer 16:00 [1]

Normal elliptical; Utah hikes.

Strength 40:00 [1]

Pilates. More core work than we've been doing, which I can't do, so kinda a bummer. When I really couldn't even approximate the exercises, did some moves from prenatal yoga.

Orienteering @ Lacamas Lake

Oops, I forgot my shoes!!! Argh. So, I orienteered in flip-flops. Which was mostly fine, I think I only had one slip of my foot once and then squished some sort of red, juicy berry underfoot.

Enjoyed the park and the course. Number 5 was tough because it wasn't in the right place, and then I had a bad exit from one control, thinking I was being clever getting to the other side of the stream, but I was already on the right side, whoops!

Still, snuck ahead of Tom by 3 minutes.
