4x(800@2:56, 400@88) all 400R with FFTT.
Official workout was 4x1200, but I knew there was no way I was going to do that in this heat just 3 days after a race. So, figuring pace was more important than distance, I started with the group and held the pace through 800, then took an easy lap, ran the last 400, and took another easy lap before the next group start. Still got in 4800m and the heart and breathing felt right. The legs, on the other hand, did not enjoy this one.
