Left knee is not happy. Hasn't been all week. Decided to see if a day completely off would help.
Under the heading of "truly out of character", Kate asked me several times, "Are you sure you don't want to do just a short run?" Odd that she'd want me gone so badly. I'm not sure what she was up to.
