Sprint 1 course at Antioch.
I like this park, but my orienteering was not very good. I had a couple of little minor swings, but really my orienteering was passive - just heading in the direction and waiting for things. I also managed to skip a control. I've now done that 3 times: in 1981, in about 2003, and in 2017.
On the good side, I wore a sweatband and that was a big help. I finally bought myself a couple of sweatbands after running several sprint races this summer where I struggled with stinging sweat in my eyes. I not only bought a sweatband, I remembered to bring it with me. It helped.

I jogged through the Sprint 2 course. My orienteering was still not sharp (but didn't skip any controls). I was feeling the heat and walked a bit when I felt like I was over heating.
