Ran a training course on Isaacs. Quite steep, hilly and stony as always, which makes it hard to run with any intensity. Good strength training though. My nav was ok and I kept going ok.

Still coughing a bit, but I'm pretty sure it's only residual after the virus has gone and I'm getting impatient. So got up bright (well, still dark) and early and did a gentle run around Farrer and Isaacs. Lots of knots and aches in my legs even though they felt quite rested. Old age I guess.
Looks like racing at the weekend’s brought the cold back again - bit of a cough going on atm. Had been hoping to squeeze in a decent week ahead of the NOLs, ah well.
