At the Murdering Shed, came 2nd, +35secs to Robw. I got impatient waiting for my cough to clear up so thought I'd give this a bash. Ran fairly comfortably and felt fine in the legs, which was nice. Cough came back with a vengeance afterwards though - hope I won't regret running this. Quite frustrating in the final couple of weeks leading up to Oceania/WMOC. Still, the race itself was great fun - lovely open spur-gully terrain, and old skool planning (11.1km, 14 controls, including a ~3km leg). Tried to focus on focussing.

Cough a little less frequent, cold all but gone and a glorious autumn day to boot so tentatively ventured out for a lap of Taylor which I very much enjoyed.

2nd Sydney day, although half of this was on the golf course. Cold/cough is very mild still - hope this is it.

A bit run down and a slight cough but not bad really. Anyway, in Sydney with work for a couple of days so good to have some enforced rest.
