After finishing the intervals, before warming down, we did 10minutes of push-up, sit ups and planks. Erica is a plank machine, my tummy is going to hurt tomorrow.
1, 2, 3, 4, 3, 2, 1 hard with 1 minute in between and 2 minutes after the 4 minutes. Around USP, was a nice morning and only one dog tried to get me. Very short warm ups and warm downs.
