Cam's intervals - 6am start so up a 5.30 which really messed with my sleep and I didn't really get any. We didn't start til 6.30 so I could have stayed in bed a bit longer. I did 3 x 400m, 100rec, 3 x 800m, 200rec, 3 x 400m, 100m rec. I walked a few recoveries and was feeling very slow and tired. Hot by the end of the session.
