Relay Champs in San Jacinto east of LA. My broken running bits are still pretty broken, but mostly just slow. Ran the short leg (brown) on a pickup team with a guy from LA and a guy from SF. Carol and Anna and Bill were representing Truckee with a win in the 6pt category!

Along the bike path. I feel pretty broken, the tailbone isn't any better, and my ribs still hurt a bit.

Round 4
ASC ski-o sprint tournament! The favoritest ski-o event of the year. Had ten people this year, though two dropped out of the bracket, so we ended up with two groups of four. Much fun, and I had some good mass start head to head skiing with Jonis and Ali and Jon at various points in the last couple rounds.

Tournament bracket is here, and the whole thing was timed and announced by Siri from the magic SI phone. Worked out great: just hit go, and the app calculates the next rounds groupings, assigns mass starts, counts down to each start out loud by name, then wirelessly auto downloads at the finish control and announces results by name and time as you come in. It's got a few bugs because this was the first time we'd tested the full tournament outside, but I think most of those are solvable.
