Evening run up Win, Lose, Lose, Win running the ups and downs hard, cruising the flat 'transition'. Four big climbs, each with its own distinctive flavour. Dropped all the way down the access land off Lose hill for the third climb, which I have never tried before - it's a pretty good climb on a grassy trod and a good way to extend this route.

Felt really good running, but totally knackered this morning!
