Felt a lot better today gladly. Getting that swab thread what felt like 10cm deep into my nose is low key one of the most uncomfortable things I’ve done in some months. My goodness I hope I don’t have to do that again

Felt like I was hit by a truck when I woke up this morning. Resting heart rate well over 70 during the night. Am I allergic to long, slow jogs or is it rona time?
