Day 2 of the Easter competition was again at Lovely banks, but this time the course was largely on farmland. The course wasn't as interesting or enjoyable as day 1. I also made more errors, finishing 27 minutes behind the course leaders.

Easter Day 1 at Lovely Banks. I was running down in the w55 age class. The course wasn't technically hard, but it was physically tough. I made only one error, but lost 4-5 mins on the 8th control. Enjoyed this event.

Run session, time includes warm up and cool down and stretching. W ran out along the OKeefe trail to Mayfair Park and back. I started out too hard and talking and ended up walking a bit and jogging a bit.

Step into Life group (Fitness evaluation) 1:00:00 [4] 2.0 km (30:00 / km)

Gayle led this fitness evaluation session, and it was hard to get some of the group moving. I managed the 2km in 9:46, not a bad time, and used 5kg hand weights. Not good on the push ups today, managed only 18 in a minute.
