Lots of running, repetitions with countdown rests and built up squats. Good session!

After walking with Neil to the train station, I ran a 5km route to get home. It's a lovely morning for a jog. Ran along Carpenter St to Thistle, took a detour around Wirrana, then back to Thistle. Had to cross the railway line, so turned into Sullivan, Belle Vue and Laurel, back to MacKenzie.
