Late afternoon long slow plod to Crusoe Res, along the dam wall and back home again. I probably wont have another long run before the Wonderland Trail in 2 weeks.

Orienteering in the Harcourt bushland. Neil and I set out on the 2.4km course. Travelled much further than planned. Ian Johnson's 89th birthday event. Ian set the courses.
