Great orienteering day and an event on one of my favourite maps - Sedgwick. Did course 1 today, set by Ted van Geldermalsen, really good course which made use of the complex spurs and gully systems, included a couple of lovely challenging long legs too.

Went for a run along the creek trail in the dark wth head torches. Fun in a group.

Short jog this morning to help my feet feel a bit better. They improved after about 1 km... I walked a bit at the end.

Tone up with coreball and light weights. It was good to stretch and move differently after yesterday's long run.
