Interval sesssion at no 7 Reserve. After a 1.3km warm up jog around the reservoir, we did 4 x 1000m intervals with 90sec recoveries between them. Went for a cool down run afterwards. I do like the sessions that Andrew organises on Tuesday afternoons.
