Weird but nice event. Decent course tho and did well with 1 or 2 minor hesitations.

Linlithgow sprint training with Jon, Ross and Roger
Did the GB mixed sprint course- nice head to head with Ross and nice technical sprinting. Only one point where my local knowledge gave me a boost

Orienteering 14:37 [3] 3.42 km (4:16 / km)

Staggered start sprint course- less good on planning ahead but still flowing well
Really good fun training!
