1st- Really enjoyed it- some proper navigation on tough terrain. Few wobbles but no real mistakes- didn’t really push downhills cos it was v slippy

Pleased with this- got a lovely tow off Nixon for the first 3 controls. Was a tad hesitant on 4 and missed the crossing to 6. Apart from that just need to run uphill a bit faster.
Loved the lush forest for the second part, great fun

Triathlon running leg- didn’t go as hard as I could cos am running the leg again for this afternoon in another team. Cruised for the last bit but went out well

Triathlon for the second time- turns out my swimmer/biker Luke is a GB U20 athlete, so strangely enough gave me a rather comfortable cushion for the leg. Went out fast in 3.14 then calmed down for the rest once I’d worked out the gap.

La Santa with a lovely tailwind all the way through Tinajo, Mancha Blanca and through the volcanic fields. Then fierce head/cross winds all the way back down through Tiagua and Soo. Nearly held onto Grace for the down but not quite!
