Solid week done. Taking first part of next week easy cos have phys testing on Thursday followed by Big Weekend

Had the day off school today so did this.
WU 2km down to Leisure Centre

5x 1km hard 1.30mins easy recovery

2.3km WD Home.
Pretty tough session but very pleased to get it done. On grass mostlyas well which was a bonus
