Orienteering race 5:38 [3] 1.0 km (5:38 / km)

WU

Orienteering race 43:50 [3] 6.25 km (7:01 / km)

SOL 4 Glen Nant Blue 5.7km- 2nd

Great area and a great course.
Main aim for today was to not go fast but have a full orienteering process, as well as planning 100% of legs, not 90%. Pretty much achieved this, with my single biggest mistake being about 10secs. Sometimes a bit hesitant and could have ran faster- but not what I wanted to do. Overall, a very satisfying race that proves to me running isn't my only main strength.

Note

On a school camp up north till next Thursday with no phone/wifi so no AP posting. Will still be sneaking out for hopefully frequent runs, but if that fails I can just do a "Fin Johnson" and log the 4 very slow days of walking we do as "running".

FVO WEE at Fallin.

Bloody savagery going on with the heather- good workout. Was getting better before having to retrace steps on a butterfly loop and spending 6 minutes searching for a control that had been collected in too early!
Rocking the full Poland kit. Grace wasn't keen but Matthew and Hannah Inman gave me the thumbs up- #blockingoutthehaters
