Arrived too late to do full warmup...just jogged a quarter mile to the Coal Creek trailhead.
The workout was: 6 x 1k @ 10k race pace with ~two minutes rest in between. It was fully dark (and quite cold) after the first lap, but luckily I had my headlamp -- and luckily DST starts this weekend. Yay!
