Lochiel parkrun
Better than this time last year so that’s a plus.
Tried to do 2:10 500m but totally ran too hard in the second last 500m thinking it was my last and then died.
Oh and I couldn’t figure out my pace in the 2 and 3km. I kept speeding up and slowing down.
I’m tired
This was 6x200, 5x200 and then 4x100m
Legs were not turning over so great so cut the 4x200m set.
Felt surprisingly strong in the 100m and got an 18 sec 100m.
Injured leg not sore????

2x 10 commando abs
5x double and single leg box jumps. Single legs ones were higher this week by 5cm.
