Bah, what a debacle.
Anyway, hamstring felt alright. I need to get back into pace running practice to actually try and do these better. I have been focusing so much on my short interval speed and longer runs and fixing my hamstring that parkruns have gone to the bottom of my priority list.
I will go again next week.
