5 oing intervals set by Andy around Balmain and Callan Park. Quite a crowd, hopefully some of the summer series people that turned up might eventuate into Stingers, most were quite keen. Legs feeling very tired after yesterdays hills. This seems to becoming quite a theme, maybe it's an age thing?! Fun morning out.
