Had a time window to run in AM before a family function but slept in so started late. Decided to stick to pathes to get as many ks as possible and did a loop through O'Connor and ANU then back along Lake and up hill. Wasn't late but didn't really make long run distance. Felt pretty ok rilling along after yesterdays training.
