At the gym, finally did something more than the isometrics, adding squats (5 x 6 bar only), reverse lunges off a step (3 x 12 @ bodyweight), lunges (3 x 12 @10kg), and chinups (3 x 4 :D ). Everything but the chinups was easy but need to get form before adding proper weight.
