Cycling 42:30 [3] 17.3 km (24.4 kph) +190m

Out and back on the mtb along Uriarra Rd; steady with sprints up some of the little hills. Little bit of soreness in my quads and glutes.

Strength & Conditioning 30:00 [3]

At the gym, finally did something more than the isometrics, adding squats (5 x 6 bar only), reverse lunges off a step (3 x 12 @ bodyweight), lunges (3 x 12 @10kg), and chinups (3 x 4 :D ). Everything but the chinups was easy but need to get form before adding proper weight.
