Long run from home around little Black Mtn via Bruce Ridge. It's good to get back into a morning long run. Hips were good; Achilles not so much.

More weirdness from the Suunto running performance indicator. The real-time display showed +6% improvement for most of the run and then dropped to 0% in a single step and stayed there. Overall performance level 56, as it's been for some while.

Lunch run up the concrete track up Mt Ainslie till the first lookout. The hill hard felt very hard.
