Long run around Blackie again this route via Little Black Mtn, part way up to summit from the saddle and then down the concrete path and back via some single track. Groin/hips is a problem and stopped a few times to massage out the sore bits. I've been doing a fair bit of work on it this week and it's responding slowly. HR was pretty high for the first 30min too - hit 191 for no good reason, I have trouble doing that in a race these days - but it settled to a more normal level after that.
