ahr:140 max:168 shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212 Amber/Silver

Terrain recovery run at Blackie with dad, picking up controls from the rogaining training last night. Cruisey pace but kept it strong up the hills. Cold.

Running long 1:04:00 [3] 13.9 km (4:36 / km) +190m 4:19 / km
ahr:154 max:177 shoes: New Balance M870 BY3

Long run down to Lake Ginninderra and back via Gossan Hill and Bruce Ridge. Sunny but pretty cold and had to have a hot shower to warm up when I got back.

PTE 3.4

Orienteering 16:35 [4] 3.9 km (4:15 / km)
ahr:174 max:183 shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212 Amber/Silver

ANU sprint. I planned to have a steady run and be 'disciplined' which worked until #13 when I got caught by the (obvious) trap like a goose. Missed a couple of route choices as well (#1 and #11) so probably lost a bit over a minute all up.

Legs are sore now after a couple of solid days.

Running 40:00 [4] 8.0 km (5:00 / km) +200m 4:27 / km
ahr:154 max:182 shoes: Mizuno Wave Elixir 8

Lunchtime run from work to see how far I could get up Black Mtn in a 40min return run. The answer today is about 2/3 or up to where sealed summit track intersects with the track coming up from the saddle. It shouldn't be too hard to reach the summit and get back in the same time.

PTE 4.0

Cycling (Commute) 30:00 [3] 10.0 km (20.0 kph)

Did a surge up along the storm water drain and past the hockey centre, on the way home, managed to get puffed.
