To gym, via a couple of laps of South Oval plus some dynamic stretching, and back. Achilles feeling a bit better than last night.

Deadlift 4 x 5 @ 40kg
Chinups 4 x 3
Pushups 3 x 10
Low row 3 x 8 @ 26kg
Reverse lunges 4 x 5 @ 16kg
Single leg dead lift (was looking for a complimentary exercise for the lunge rests)
