Tempo run from on single tracks on Ainslie. Didn't feel great, felt puffed, which I guess is expected when doing a tempo run but sometimes being puffed feels okay and sometimes it doesn't. Oddly, the 184 max HR was achieved after 5min of running on the flat at about 4.30/km pace. HR seemed normal otherwise and paced seemed okay.
