Lunchtime lap of Black Mt from work. Guts had been feeling a bit off in the morning so hadn't planned to do anything hard but got across the ANU in a bit over 10min and decided to give the ALJ Memorial track a go. Nice track but was harder work than I expected, more climb and tricky and twisty underfoot. When I hit pushbike hill I decided up was going to be a quicker and easier return run than down so went up the road, did a half a circumcision and back to work via CSIRO. Guts were uncomfortable on the way back down the hill.
